TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices are per person per day including half board.
We ask you to confirm your telephone reservation in writing (mail)
Check in from 14:00, check out until 11:00.
If you arrive after 18:00 please inform us by phone.
When booking an overnight stay with breakfast, € 10 will be deducted from the half-board price.
You can pay your bill in cash, by cheque or by credit card (EC, Visa, Master Card and CartaSi).
Cancellation policy:
Below you will find details of the cancellation conditions applied:

- Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival are free of charge. The deposit of 30% is refunded minus a handling fee of € 40.00. 
- From 2 weeks to 2 days prior to arrival 30% of the total amount is retained.
- From 2 days to the day of arrival 100% is due.


Please note: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union. We advise you to take out holiday insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung, which can easily be booked on our homepage.


Dogs by arrangement only, surcharge of 25 euro per day
Four-legged friends have no access to the restaurant and swimming area and must be kept on a leash in the hotel area.
