Prices are per person per day including half board.
We ask you to confirm your telephone reservation in writing (mail)
Check in from 14:00, check out until 11:00.
If you arrive after 18:00 please inform us by phone.
When booking an overnight stay with breakfast, € 10 will be deducted from the half-board price.
You can pay your bill in cash, by cheque or by credit card (EC, Visa, Master Card and CartaSi).
Cancellation policy:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.
Please note: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union. We advise you to take out holiday insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung, which can easily be booked on our homepage.
Dogs by arrangement only, surcharge of 25 euro per day
Four-legged friends have no access to the restaurant and swimming area and must be kept on a leash in the hotel area.
