TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices are per person per day including half board.
We ask you to confirm your telephone reservation in writing (mail)
Check in from 14:00, check out until 11:00.
If you arrive after 18:00 please inform us by phone.
When booking an overnight stay with breakfast, € 10 will be deducted from the half-board price.
You can pay your bill in cash, by cheque or by credit card (EC, Visa, Master Card and CartaSi).
Cancellation policy:
If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled between 14 and 3 days before arrival, 40% of the total amount booked will be charged.
Cancellation within 3 days before arrival will incur a charge of 70% of the total amount booked. In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked and unused days will be charged.
Dogs by arrangement only, surcharge of 25 euro per day
Four-legged friends have no access to the restaurant and swimming area and must be kept on a leash in the hotel area.
